通过解析城市煤气甲烷化过程化学能的损失,指出CO 变换应以满足甲烷化反应要求为限,过度变换会造成无谓的化学能损失且降低产品气热值。提出以国家标准规定的城市煤气热值下限和CO 含量上限为控制指标的参数准则,并在2-5L 级现场实验中得到了验证。
By analyzing the loss of chemical energy in the methanation process of the city gas, it is pointed out that the CO shift should be limited to meet the requirements of the methanation reaction. Excessive transformation will cause unnecessary chemical energy loss and reduce the product gas-heat value. The parameters of the city gas calorific value and the upper limit of CO content specified in the national standards as the control criteria were proposed and verified in the 2-5L field experiments.
