矿质集料的形状特征对沥青混合料的性能具有极为明显的影响,但目前关于这方面的研究极少。采用编制的图像处理程序,获取了五组颗粒形状特征不同的粗集料其形状参数,运用单轴贯入试验分析了粗集料形状参数对混合料抗剪强度的影响。结果表明,粗集料各种形状特征参数对混合料抗剪强度都有不同程度的影响,且扁平系数对抗剪强度的影响最大,必须控制粗集料中扁平颗粒的含量。
The shape characteristics of mineral aggregates have a very significant impact on the performance of asphalt mixtures, but few studies have been done on this aspect at present. The prepared image processing program was used to obtain the shape parameters of five coarse aggregates with different particle shape characteristics. The uniaxial penetration test was used to analyze the influence of coarse aggregate shape parameters on the shear strength of the mixture. The results show that all kinds of shape parameters of coarse aggregate have different effects on the shear strength of the mixture, and the flat coefficient has the greatest influence on the shear strength. The content of flat particles in the coarse aggregate must be controlled.
