用Lovo和HT29人大肠癌细胞株接种于裸小鼠脾被膜下和盲肠壁内,在SPF条件下饲养动物,建立人大肠癌裸小鼠肝转移模型,并比较两种接种途径的优缺点。结果表明,经脾接种癌细胞建立的人大肠场肝转移模型,方法简单,成功率高,并能一定程度地反映癌细胞的恶性程度和转移潜能。因此,经脾接种场细胞造模是建立实验性人大肠癌肝转移模型较理想的途径。
Lovo and HT29 human colorectal cancer cell lines were inoculated into the subepidermis and cecum walls of nude mice. Animals were reared under SPF conditions to establish a model of human colon cancer nude mice liver metastases, and the advantages and disadvantages of the two vaccination routes were compared. The results showed that the human large intestine field hepatic metastasis model established by inoculation of cancer cells by the spleen had a simple method, a high success rate, and could reflect the degree of malignancy and metastatic potential of cancer cells to some extent. Therefore, it is an ideal way to establish experimental liver metastasis model of human colorectal cancer by injecting cells with the spleen.
