为了用单个颗粒破碎的理论观点说明滚筒式球磨机的磨矿机理,研究了磨机中磨矿介质的动能。并利用研究结果和磨机中颗粒破碎过程的简化模型,计算了选择参数和破裂分布参数。此外,还将计算结果与磨矿试验的结果进行了比较。动能研究的结果表明,球的充填率和提升器对球磨机的能量效率具有明显的影响。模型计算和磨矿试验的结果表明,两者彼此并不一致。作者认为,在这种情况下,摩擦破碎或表面研磨在破碎过程中占主导地位,而碰撞破碎则处于次要地位。
In order to explain the grinding mechanism of the drum type ball mill from the theoretical point of single particle crushing, the kinetic energy of grinding media in the mill was studied. Based on the research results and the simplified model of the particle crushing process in the mill, the parameters of choice and the parameters of fracture distribution were calculated. In addition, the results were compared with the results of the grinding test. The kinetic energy results show that the ball filling rate and the riser have a significant impact on the energy efficiency of the ball mill. The results of model calculations and grinding tests show that the two do not agree with each other. The author believes that in this case, friction or surface grinding in the crushing process dominates, while the crush is in a secondary position.
