本文采用多聚酶链反应 -单链构象多态分析 (PCR -SSCP)银染技术检测了 5 2例HBVDNA阳性慢性乙型肝炎患者的HBV前C区基因突变。结果有前C区突变株感染 32例 ,突变株检出率为 6 1 5 % ;突变株的检出以慢性重症肝炎最高 ,其次是慢性乙肝重度、中度患者 ,慢性乙肝轻度患者最低 ;抗 -HBe阳性患者前C区突变株检出率高于HBeAg阳性患者。表明HBV前C区突变与病情轻重及e系统血清标志有关。
In this study, polymerase chain reaction-single strand conformation polymorphism (PCR-SSCP) silver staining was used to detect HBV pre-C gene mutations in 52 HBV-positive chronic hepatitis B patients. The results showed that there were 32 cases of mutation in the former C region and 61.5% of the mutant strains. The highest incidence of chronic severe hepatitis was detected in the mutant strains, followed by severe chronic hepatitis B, the lowest in moderate and mild chronic hepatitis B patients. The detection rate of pre-C mutation in anti-HBe positive patients is higher than that in HBeAg positive patients. That pre-C mutations in HBV and severity of disease and e-system serum markers.
