自1979年以来,我们收治肺结核合并肺癌22例,现分析讨论如下。资料分析:本组男21例,女1例;年龄44～81岁,平均56岁。其中吸烟20例(20～60支/d),吸烟史10～48年。肺结核病程为6个月～29年,平均2年8个月,多为老年慢性肺结核患者。咳嗽、气短22例,痰中带血16例,胸痛15例,发热5例,骨、关节痛6例,杵状指6例。X线示团块状影1例,结节斑块影8例,弥散粟粒及小结节病灶3例,团块病灶边缘有分叶或毛刺者14例;并发肺不
Since 1979, we treated 22 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis with lung cancer, the analysis is as follows. Data Analysis: The group of 21 males and 1 female; aged 44 to 81 years, mean 56 years.
