以牡丹‘洛阳红’切花为试材,研究瓶插液中添加不同质量体积分数二氧化氯(0、25、50、100 mg·L~(-1) ClO_2)对切花保鲜效果的影响。结果表明,基本瓶插液中添加50 mg·L~(-1)的ClO_2处理能够有效地延长牡丹切花的瓶插寿命和最佳观赏期、改善切花花枝的水分平衡值,降低花瓣内源乙烯释放和呼吸速率、提高花瓣可溶性蛋白质含量和抗氧化酶活性、抑制膜脂过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量升高。
The peony ’Luoyang Hong’ cut flowers were used as experimental materials to study the effects of chlorine dioxide (0, 25, 50, 100 mg · L -1) added to bottle vase on the preservation of cut flowers. The results showed that the addition of 50 mg · L -1 ClO 2 could effectively prolong the vase life and the optimal ornamental period of cut peony flowers, improve the water balance of cut squid and lower the content of endogenous ethylene Release and respiration rate, increase soluble protein content and antioxidant enzyme activity of petal, and inhibit the increase of membrane lipid peroxidation product malondialdehyde (MDA).
