近几年,我国掀起了马拉松热,各种马拉松赛事,如重庆国际马拉松,西昌邛海湿地国际马拉松赛,北京国际马拉松等,琳琅满目。其中的参赛人员较社会化,大部分是上班族,学生等。参赛人员欠缺马拉松的基本知识与赛前的热身活动知识。本文分析了马拉松的概念和传统意义上的热身活动的目的和内容,并在此基础上,论述了当前马拉松参赛人员的赛前热身活动的现状和发展。
In recent years, China has set off a hot marathon and various marathon events such as the Chongqing International Marathon, the Xichang Qionghai Wetland International Marathon, and the Beijing International Marathon. Among them, the contestants are more socialized, mostly office workers, students and so on. Participants lack the basic knowledge of marathon and pre-match warm-up activities. This article analyzes the concept of marathon and the purpose and content of the traditional warm - up activities, and on this basis, discusses the current situation and development of warm - up activities of the participants of the current marathon.
