鉴于我国目前液化石油气以及乙烯副产碳四馏份分离了丁二烯后的丁烯、丁烷都作燃料烧掉的情况,合理利用这部分资源将其转化为芳烃并用作高辛烷值汽油添加组份或石油化工原料具有重大现实意义。本工作在对丙烷芳构化作了大量工作基础上,采用Ga-HZSM-5催化剂,尤其是以价格低廉的无胺合成的ZSM-5经改性后制备成Ga-HZSM-5催化剂用正、异丁烷或混合碳四为原料,它具有较高的芳构化活性,芳烃收率可高达65%。在10毫升反应装置上反应50小时后再生,活性可完全恢复。以50小时为一周期连续1500小时反应,取得了比较满意的稳定结果。
