3-6岁儿童正处在一个不断生长发育的时期,既要有合理的饮食营养,又需要适度的运动,以促进他们的健康成长。然而,随着我国经济的快速发展,人们物质生活水平的提高,很多家长只注重孩子的营养,却忽视了孩子们的身体锻炼,导致营养过剩,运动不足。本文通过文献资料法,从3-6岁儿童生长发育的解剖生理学特点这一角度出发,讨论了3-6岁儿童生长发育中需要的适度运动与合理饮食,并提出了几点建议,为保证3-6岁儿童更好的健康成长提供参考依据。
3-6 years old children are in a period of constant growth and development, it is necessary to have a reasonable diet and nutrition, but also moderate exercise to promote their healthy growth. However, with the rapid economic development in our country and the improvement of people’s material living standards, many parents only pay attention to children’s nutrition but ignore the children’s physical exercise, leading to overnutrition and lack of exercise. This article through the literature, from the perspective of the anatomical and physiological characteristics of children aged 3-6 years to discuss the growth and development of 3-6-year-old children required for moderate exercise and reasonable diet, and made a number of recommendations for the guarantee 3-6 year-old children better healthy growth to provide a reference.
