目的探讨健康教育在鼻咽癌患者放疗期间提高患者功能锻炼依从性及减少并发症的护理效果。方法选取鼻咽癌放疗患者各64例为观察组和对照组。对照组采取口头教育的方式,观察组采取健康教育的护理模式,制定出规范的教育方式、定期对患者进行宣教,讲解放疗期间可能出现的反应及相应护理措施,并针对患者的功能锻炼进行一对一指导和协助提醒。比较两组患者功能锻炼的依从性和健康知识掌握情况,并在随访期间统计两组患者出现并发症。结果采用Ridit分析比较结果显示,对照组依从性较对照组差,统计学意义明显;对照组健康知识掌握率为81.25%,观察组掌握率为98.44%,差异明显;随访期间对照组吞咽困难、张口困难、颈部活动受限患者人数均少于观察组,比较具有统计学意义。结论健康教育在提高鼻咽癌患者功能锻炼依从性作用明显,能够加强患者的健康知识掌握情况,对减少放疗并发症有重要的临床意义。
Objective To investigate the effect of health education on patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma during radiotherapy to improve their compliance with functional exercise and reduce complications. Methods Totally 64 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy were selected as observation group and control group. The control group adopted the oral education mode, the observation group adopted the nursing model of health education, developed a standardized education mode, conducted regular missionary education to the patients, explained the possible reactions during the radiotherapy and the corresponding nursing measures, and conducted a A guide and help remind. The comparisons of functional exercise compliance and health knowledge between the two groups were made. Complications were also observed in the two groups during follow-up. The results of Ridit analysis and comparison showed that the compliance of the control group was worse than that of the control group, with significant statistical significance. The control rate of the control group was 81.25% and that of the observation group was 98.44%, with significant difference. During the follow-up period, Open mouth difficulties, the number of patients with limited neck activity were less than the observation group, more statistically significant. Conclusions Health education plays an important role in improving functional exercise compliance in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma. It can enhance the patients’ knowledge of health and has important clinical significance in reducing the complications of radiotherapy.
