通过数值模拟研究了坯料结构对轴盖挤压成形过程中凸模承受载荷的影响。三种坯料结构对应的载荷最大值分别为9301300、113570和9948070N,3#空心坯料结构有利于零件成形。分析了轴盖温挤压成形过程中金属流动特点,金属先流动成形有两个凸环结构的底部,然后成形轴盖零件的其他部位,整个成形过程金属流动顺利。成形工艺方案合理可行。
The effect of billet structure on the load bearing capacity of the punch in the extrusion process of the shaft cap was studied by numerical simulation. The maximum loads corresponding to the three billets are 9301300, 113570 and 9948070N, respectively. The 3 # hollow billet structure is beneficial to the part forming. The characteristics of metal flow in the process of temperature extrusion forming were analyzed. The metal was first flowed to form the bottom of two convex ring structures, and then the other parts of the shaft cover were formed. The metal flowed smoothly throughout the forming process. Forming process is reasonable and feasible.
