铝合金材料布氏硬度试验的测量不确定度评定

根据GB/T 231.1―2009《金属材料布氏硬度试验第1部分:试验方法》对调质重熔用铝锭进行布氏硬度试验,分析了影响不确定度的主要来源,按照JJF―1059.1―2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》的要求,对布氏硬度测量结果的不确定度进行了详细的评定。评定不确定度时,应考虑压痕直径测量误差、载荷试验力保持时间等因素的影响。结果表明:当包含概率p为0.95,包含因子k为2时,调质重熔用铝锭的布氏硬度为(196±3)HBW。 According to GB / T 231.1-2009 “Metallic Materials Brinell Hardness Test Part 1: Test Method” Brinell hardness test of quenched and tempered aluminum ingots, analysis of the main sources of uncertainty, according to JJF-1059.1-2012 The requirements of “Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement” were evaluated in detail on the uncertainty of Brinell hardness measurement results. Uncertainty in the assessment, should consider the indentation diameter measurement error, load test force retention time and other factors. The results show that when the inclusion probability p is 0.95 and the inclusion factor k is 2, the Brinell hardness of the remelted aluminum ingot is (196 ± 3) HBW.
