作者报道了47例病因不明的阻塞性肺炎患者纤维支气管镜(纤支镜)检查的结果。活检、刷检及痰脱落细胞检查确诊支气管癌31例(65.9％);支气管慢性炎症12例(25.5％);支气管内膜结核及支气管异物各2例(各占4.3％)。
The authors reported the results of bronchoscopy (bronchoscopy) in 47 patients with obstructive pneumonia of unknown etiology. 31 cases (65.9%) of bronchial carcinomas were confirmed by biopsy, brush test and sputum exfoliated cells; 12 cases (25.5%) of bronchial chronic inflammation; 2 cases of bronchial tuberculosis and bronchial foreign bodies (4.3% each).
