目的:建立复B_阿托品溶液的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法分别对处方中维生素B_1、维生素B_2、维生素B_6、烟酰胺及硫酸阿托品进行定量分析。结果:维生素B_1、维生素B_2、维生素B_6、烟酰胺及硫酸阿托品分别在其最大吸收波长下达到基线分离,线性范围较宽且线性关系良好。结论:所建立的方法简便可行,重现性好,可用于复B_阿托品溶液的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of complex B_ atropine solution. Methods: The contents of vitamin B_1, vitamin B_2, vitamin B_6, nicotinamide and atropine sulfate were determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Results: Vitamin B 1, vitamin B 2, vitamin B 6, nicotinamide and atropine sulfate reached baseline separation at their maximum absorption wavelength, respectively. The linear range was wide and the linear relationship was good. Conclusion: The established method is simple and feasible, reproducible, and can be used for quality control of complex B_ atropine solution.
