2006年12月中旬,国土资源部、发展改革委联合发布实施2006年版《限制用地项目目录》和《禁止用地项目目录》,再次重申别墅“禁地令”须严格实施。业内纷纷预测,别墅市场将因产品稀缺而获得利好。别墅开发商们也个个信心饱满准备乘势推进。
In mid-December 2006, the Ministry of Land and Resources and the National Development and Reform Commission jointly promulgated the 2006 Catalog of Restricted Land Use Items and the Catalog of Prohibited Land Use Items, again reiterating that the “prohibition order” for villas should be strictly implemented. The industry have predicted that the villa market will gain due to product scarcity. Villa developers are also all confident ready to take the momentum.
