阐述了对含铬、含钠较高的钒溶液采用酸性铵盐沉淀分离钒络是可行的。研究了溶液中Na~+、Cl~-、SO_4~(-2)和铬的存在对高铬含钒溶液沉钒和五氧化二钒产品质量的影响。为了提高钒铬分离率及产品质量,提出采用电渗析脱钠、铵盐沉钒制取高品位五氧化二钒、还原沉淀铬制取三氧化二铬的工艺流程。酸性铵盐沉钒工艺条件为:沉淀PH值1.8—2.2;沉淀温度>90℃;沉淀时间30—40分钟;铵盐用量1.3—2.0克(NH_4)_2SO_4/克钒;钒浓度以4—10克为宜。
It is feasible to separate the vanadium complex by acid ammonium salt precipitation on vanadium solution containing chromium and sodium. The effects of Na ~ +, Cl ~ -, SO_4 ~ (-2) and Cr on the quality of vanadium and vanadium pentoxide in high chromium and vanadium solutions were investigated. In order to improve the separation rate of vanadium and chromium and the quality of products, the paper proposed the technological process of removing chromium by electrodialysis, precipitating vanadium with ammonium salt, preparing vanadium pentoxide with high grade and reducing chromium by precipitation. Acid ammonium salt Shen vanadium process conditions: precipitation PH value of 1.8-2.2; precipitation temperature> 90 ℃; precipitation time 30-40 minutes; ammonium salt dosage 1.3-2.0 grams (NH 4) _2SO_4 / gram vanadium; vanadium concentration 4-10 G is appropriate.
