在顽固性渗出性中耳炎(OME)分泌物中有水解酶的存在,提示与细菌感染有一定关系。作者对急性OME病人的浆液性和脓性渗出液的水解酶活性及其与细菌感染的关系进行研究。病人年龄为1月至10岁,男女相等。经鼓膜穿刺取中耳分泌物,测定酶和蛋白质的含量。结果发现,脓性分泌物中酸性磷酸酶、β葡萄糖醛酸酶、神经氨酸酶的平均活性略高于浆液性渗出物。浆液性渗出物中α-甘露糖甙酶,β半乳糖甙酶及氨基己糖酶的平均活性又高于脓性渗出物,但无统计学差异。在比较细菌培养阳性和阴性分泌物时,发现酶的活性在阳性组为强,尤其神经氨酸酶的活性最强(P<0.001),细菌培养阳性者,其酶的活性是阴性者的11倍。在脓性分泌物的测定亦获得相同结果。本文27例分泌物细菌培养,有21例为肺
The presence of hydrolases in refractory exudative otitis media (OME) secretions suggests a relationship with bacterial infection. The authors investigated the hydrolase activity of serous and purulent exudates in acute OME patients and their relationship to bacterial infection.
