课堂教学激励是教学者在上课过程中,老师给学生以适当正面力量,促使学生朝积极方向发展。教师一句暖心的话语、一个爱抚的摸头动作,对小学低年级的学生来说,无疑会使他们对学习充满激情。在小学生的心目中,精神鼓励的作用远比物质鼓励的作用来得大,学生往往因为老师的一个小小的激励,而变得对学习无比热爱,这在学困生身上体现得尤为突出,对给予激励老师所教的科目也是如此。在小学低年数学科目教学过程中,如何应用好激励这一教学手段值得教师关注。
Incentives in classroom teaching is the teaching process in the class, the teacher to the students with appropriate positive force, to promote students in the positive direction. In the minds of pupils, the role of spiritual encouragement is far greater than the role of material encouragement. Students often become extremely loving in learning because of a small motivation of the teacher. This is especially evident in those who are poor students, Motivating teachers also teach subjects as well. In the process of teaching junior mathematics in primary school, how to apply the motivational teaching method deserves teachers’ attention.
