研究刺山柑提取物不同极性部位的降血糖作用。刺山柑的水提取物依次萃取分离出石油醚提取物、乙酸乙酯部位、正丁醉部位及水溶性部位。另取刺山柑,采用水提醇沉法得刺山柑多糖部位,将得到的各提取物以链脲佐菌素诱导的糖尿病小鼠为模型,以体质量、血糖、糖耐量为指标研究刺山柑提取物抗高血糖作用的药理活性研究。结果表明:刺山柑果实正丁醇提取物对链脲佐菌素所致的高血糖有着较好的活性。

The results showed that the n-butanol extract from capparis fruit had good activity against streptozotocin-induced hyperglycemia.
