由于一九四八年二月对国内外反动势力取得了绝大胜利,捷克斯洛伐克终于在实现社会主义的道路上自由迈进了。在文化范畴中它也正通过一个迅速的革命变革时期。在领导这种文化的活动中,我们有了二种最重要的任务:首先,批判地接受我们的文化遗产,同时在文化生活所有的部门中创造一种新文化;其次就是使这种文化在最广泛的可能尺度上成为广大民众所能接受。我们的目的在培养“新人”。这些任务包括一系列的义务与责任。学校、科学、艺术、文学、音乐、戏剧、电影、新闻、无线电都必须充分利用,以便用社会主义精神来教育人民。
Thanks to the vast victory over the reactionary forces both at home and abroad in February 1948, Czechoslovakia was finally free to move forward on the road to socialism. It is also passing a period of rapid revolution in culture. We have two most important tasks in leading this culture: first, critically accepting our cultural heritage while creating a new culture in all sectors of cultural life; and second, making this culture The broadest possible scale has become acceptable to the general public. Our purpose is to train “new people.” These tasks include a series of obligations and responsibilities. Schools, science, art, literature, music, drama, movies, news and radio must all be fully utilized in order to educate people in the spirit of socialism.
