本文计算分析了不同槽型对径向直线槽液体机械密封性进的影响,重点探讨了在不同边界压力、不同转速条件下,槽型对该类机械密封的开启力和刚度的影响。发现圆底平顶槽具有最大的开启力和液膜刚度。
In this paper, the influence of different groove geometry on the liquid mechanical seal of radial linear groove is analyzed. The influence of groove geometry on the opening force and stiffness of the mechanical seal under different boundary pressures and rotational speeds is discussed emphatically. It is found that the flat roof has the largest opening force and liquid film stiffness.
