伴随国有企业的快速发展,提炼整体文化理念和文化精神,发挥其对内凝聚人心、对外塑造形象作用的任务显得日渐迫切。而借提炼核心精神的契机,若能对国企多元文化的流变和现状稍作梳理,则既能对理解国企文化的丰富内涵有所助益,又能为进一步管理好国企的多元文化团队提供参照。以下以中国海油文化建设为例,试作分析。
