人事干部档案管理是一项精细和系统的工作,随着科技的发展,一些新方法新技术不断应用,使得人事档案管理较之过去有了很大的改变,基础建设和内容建设都有所加强,人事档案管理更趋于规范化、制度化和科学化,管理水平大幅提高。当然,随着形势的发展,特别是社会主义市场经济体制的日益完善和干部人事制度改革的不断深入,人事干部档案工作还存在着许多不适应,必须从内容和方法上进行不断的改进和提高。
