本文介绍采用高径比为0.6、0.8芯样检测混凝土抗压强度的试验研究,从混凝土中钻取直径100mm、75mm芯样,加工成高径比分别为0.6、0.8、1.0的芯样,进行抗压强度对比试验。试验证明:采用小高径比芯样检测混凝土抗压强度是可行的,芯样高径比H∶d与芯样抗压强度比β存在显著相关关系,通过大量试验数据回归分析,可确定不同芯样高径比H∶d与芯样抗压强度比β之间换算关系。采用小高径比芯样检测混凝土抗压强度,解决了钢筋过密易切断钢筋、板厚较小不易取芯的问题,同时可减小钻芯法检测对结构的损伤。
In this paper, the experimental study on the compressive strength of concrete with 0.6 and 0.8 cores with height-diameter ratio is introduced. Core samples with diameters of 100mm and 75mm are drilled from the concrete and processed into cores with diameters of 0.6, 0.8 and 1.0, respectively, Compressive strength comparison test. The test proves that it is feasible to measure the compressive strength of concrete with small height-diameter ratio core sample. The ratio of core diameter height-diameter ratio H: d to core-sample compressive strength ratio β has a significant correlation. Through a large number of test data regression analysis, The relationship between the height-diameter ratio H: d and the core sample compressive strength ratio β. The concrete with small height-diameter ratio is used to test the compressive strength of concrete, which solves the problem that steel bars are too close and easy to cut steel bars, and the thickness of the steel bars is not easy to get cores. In the meantime, the structure damage can be reduced by the drilling core method.
