为对LX131型6×2载货车车架结构进行优化,需将部分车架横梁位置及数量进行调整.通过分析车架横梁的受力特点,利用有限元仿真分析,找到车架弯曲工况的低应力区,将需调整的横梁布置到该区域,同时将车架横梁数量减少1根.与原车架方案相比,改型后的车架应力没有明显上升,静、动电测试验及实际使用情况表明改型后的车架是可靠的,达到了降低产品成本的目的.
