电力液压传动的ΠΜC型掘进机是库兹尼矿建局研制的立井掘进试验样机(图1),在北库兹巴斯矿务局“北矿”通风井掘进中进行了试验。该机可用于掘进直径5~8m的立井,根据提升设备能力,最大的掘进深度为500m,最小的初始工作段高为16m。 由于该机结构紧凑,平面尺寸不大,所以可在断面仅为10m~2的探井中使用,其悬臂操作机构除可以进行装岩外,还可以完成其它机械化工序,由1名工人操作.ΠΜC型掘进机的技术特征如下:
The ΠΜC-type tunnel boring machine with electrohydraulic transmission is a vertical shaft boring test prototype developed by the Kuznettal Mine Construction Bureau (Figure 1). The test was carried out in the tunneling of the “North Mine” ventilation shaft at North Kuzbass Mining Bureau. The machine can be used to drive shaft diameter of 5 ~ 8m, according to the ability to enhance equipment, the maximum driving depth of 500m, the minimum initial working height of 16m. Because of its compact structure and small plane size, it can be used in the exploration wells with a cross-section of only 10m ~ 2. The cantilever operating mechanism can perform other mechanized procedures besides loading rocks, and can be operated by one worker. TBM technical characteristics are as follows:
