采用溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米TiO_2。通过对溶胶体系各主要因素的研究,得到纳米TiO_2材料的优化工艺条件:配制钛酸丁酯、无水乙醇、冰醋酸和盐酸的混合液;并调节pH值为2~3;水和醇盐的质量之比为1∶1;煅烧实验控制温度在500℃以上。对自制的TiO_2粉末进行扫描电镜分析和XRD分析,扫描电镜分析发现TiO_2粉末粒径40~100nm,颗粒相对均匀,具有纳米材料的特点;XRD谱图在2θ为25.3°处有主特征峰,在2θ为27.2°处没有衍射峰,其晶型为锐钛矿晶相。
Preparation of nano-TiO2 by sol-gel method. Through the study of the main factors of the sol system, the optimum technological conditions of the nano-TiO 2 material were obtained: a mixture of butyl titanate, anhydrous ethanol, glacial acetic acid and hydrochloric acid was prepared; and the pH was adjusted to 2~3; The mass ratio of 1: 1; calcination experiment control the temperature above 500 ℃. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) analyzes of the self-made TiO 2 powder showed that the particle size of TiO 2 powder was 40-100 nm with relatively uniform particles and nanomaterials. The XRD spectrum showed the main characteristic peak at 25.3 ° 2θ. There is no diffraction peak at 2θ 27.2 ° and its crystalline form is the anatase phase.
