针对高速电气化铁路特有供电模式和电力机车复杂运行工况导致牵引供电系统负序、电压波动和功率因数低等电能质量问题,以V/v接线变压器的牵引变电所为背景,开发了基于降压变压器二次侧绕组多重化、多个背靠背H桥功率单元并联接入的功率融通型电能质量综合治理装置。文章介绍了其主电路拓扑结构、工作原理,及其等效电气模型;详细论述了有功融通、无功参考电流计算以及基于dq解耦控制方法。该功率融通型电能质量综合治理装置在某牵引变电所实现挂网运行后,系统110 k V侧三相电压和电流保持同相位,电压波动小,电压不平衡度基本控制在0.2%左右,功率因数提高至0.95以上,从而验证了该装置主电路参数、控制保护系统等的正确性和可行性。
Aiming at the problems of power supply system negative sequence, voltage fluctuation and low power factor, the unique power supply mode of high-speed electrified railways and the complex operating conditions of electric locomotives lead to the problem of power quality of traction power supply system with traction transformer substation of V / v wiring transformer. Voltage transformer secondary winding multiplexing, a number of back-to-back H-bridge power unit parallel access to the power-type power quality comprehensive management device. This paper introduces the topology of the main circuit, its working principle and its equivalent electrical model. The methods of active fuse, reactive reference current calculation and dq decoupling control are discussed in detail. After the power grid-connected operation is completed in a traction substation, the three-phase voltage and current of the system at 110 kv side of the system maintain the same phase with little voltage fluctuation and voltage unbalance basically controlled at about 0.2% Power factor increased to more than 0.95, thus verifying the main circuit parameters of the device to control the correctness and feasibility of the protection system.
