目的:对马缨丹挥发油的抗氧化能力进行研究。方法:用95%乙醇将马缨丹挥发油配制成不同质量浓度(0.4,0.8,1.2,1.6,2.0 g.L-1)溶液,采用二苯代苦味酰自由基(DPPH.)法、2,2’-联氨-双(3-乙基苯并噻唑啉-6-磺酸)(ABTS+.)法和铁氰化钾还原法检测各不同浓度挥发油的抗氧化能力。结果:马缨丹挥发油对ABTS+.的清除能力较强,清除率可高达52.50%;但对DPPH.清除能力较弱,清除率仅为21.05%;同时其还原能力也随着浓度的增大而增强。结论:马缨丹挥发油对DPPH.的清除能力较弱,但具有较强的清除ABTS+.能力和还原能力,其能力强弱与其浓度有一定的量效关系,可作为天然抗氧化剂及功能性食品的开发资源。
Objective: To study the antioxidant capacity of the volatile oil of Lantana. Methods: The volatile oil of Lantana camara was prepared into 95% ethanol solution with different mass concentration (0.4,0.8,1.2,1.6,2.0 gL-1) by dibenzoyl picric acid free radical (DPPH) Antioxidant capacity of different concentrations of volatile oil was tested by hydrazine-bis (3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) (ABTS +) method and potassium ferricyanide reduction method. Results: The lanthanum oil had stronger abilities to remove ABTS +. The clearance rate was as high as 52.50%. However, the scavenging capacity of DPSA was only 21.05%. At the same time, its reducing ability also increased with the increase of ABTS + Enhanced. CONCLUSION: Lantana camaldam L. volatile oil has a weak scavenging capacity for DPPH. However, it has strong abilities to scavenge ABTS + and its reducing ability. Its potency has certain dose-effect relationship with its concentration, which can be used as natural antioxidants and functional foods Development resources.
