以急性偏侧舞蹈和偏侧投掷为主要症状的腔隙性脑卒中比较少见,为此现将我们收治的15例结合文献讨论如下。临床资料本组共15例,男性11例、女性4例,年龄58~71岁,平均64.5岁。既往病史:有高血压动脉硬化或明显脑动脉硬化症者11例,2例有糖尿病史,1例有TIA病史,15例中7例曾诊为冠心病。发病形式:均为突然发病,3小时内症状达高峰者10例,余5例为24小时内症状达高峰。首发症状,5例先感到患肢麻木、不适,继之出现不自主动作,6例先有持物不稳,随即出现不自主动作,2例先有短暂头痛、头晕,但均无恶心、呕吐。
Lacustrophic stroke, which is characterized by acute side-to-side dances and lateral throwing, is relatively infrequent. To this end, we conclude the following 15 cases with a combination of literatures. Clinical data of this group a total of 15 cases, 11 males and 4 females, aged 58 to 71 years, mean 64.5 years. Previous medical history: hypertension with atherosclerosis or cerebral atherosclerosis in 11 cases, 2 cases had a history of diabetes, 1 case had a history of TIA, 15 cases of 7 cases had been diagnosed with coronary heart disease. Incidence of the disease: all of them were sudden onset. In 10 hours, the symptoms peaked in 3 hours and the remaining 5 cases reached the peak within 24 hours. The first symptom, 5 patients first felt limb numbness, discomfort, followed by involuntary movements, the first 6 cases of instability, then involuntary movements, 2 cases had a short headache, dizziness, but no nausea and vomiting.
