The detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis has played a decisive role in the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of tuberculosis. Since the discovery of M. tuberculosis in 1872, many scholars have devoted themselves to the cultivation of M. tuberculosis. The method has been continuously developed, but so far there is still no method that truly meets the requirements of rapid development and positive rates. For example: Eisetyiyi’s first serum pro-culture of Mycobacterium tuberculosis; later Guo and Su Tongshi have applied protein-free medium in succession; Panzhif and Panzig, Nybrids and Roxstein made into solid medium.
