尿中钼的测定,一般采用比色法.近年来离子选择电极测定方法已用于催化动力分析.M.Kataoka等报道了离子选择电极进行钼的测定.谭开燮根据六价钼能催化过氧化氢与碘化钾之间的氧化-还原反应的特性,应用碘离子选择电极间接测定辉钼矿中钼的含量.本文根据钼(Ⅵ)对氧化氢与碘化钾反应的催化作用,利用Landolt效应进行钼(Ⅵ)的测定,用碘离子选择电极指示诱导期间接测定尿中钼的含量,得到比较满意的结果.
