目的综述液相色谱-质谱联用法(LC-MS/MS)在分析P-糖蛋白介导药物体内过程中的应用,以期为今后的研究提供借鉴。方法查阅LC-MS/MS在转运体研究中应用的相关文献。结果近几年来LC-MS/MS技术在药物转运体的研究中得以广泛应用。结论液相色谱-质谱联用法(LC-MS/MS)已经成为分析药物转运体体内、体外模型中药物浓度的强大工具之一,未来分析方法学的进步将依赖于色谱分离技术及质谱检测能力的进一步发展,同时LC-MS/MS也将对基于转运体介导的药物转运研究做出更大贡献。
Objective To summarize the application of liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS / MS) in the analysis of P-glycoprotein-mediated drug in vivo in order to provide reference for future research. Methods Refer to the relevant literature for LC-MS / MS studies in transporters. Results In recent years, LC-MS / MS technology has been widely used in the study of drug transporter. Conclusion Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS / MS) has become one of the powerful tools for the analysis of drug concentrations in drug delivery vehicles in vitro and in vivo. Future advances in analytical methodology will depend on chromatographic separation techniques and mass detection capabilities Further development of LC-MS / MS will also make a greater contribution to the study of transporter-mediated drug delivery.
