亚麻油用季戊四醇醇解后与松香对辛基酚醛树脂进行改性合成了醇酸改性辛基酚醛树脂。对改性产品进行了GPC、FT-IR的表征分析及其软化点、庚烷容纳度和溶剂溶解性能等的研究。实验表明:m(亚麻油)∶m(松香)<1.2时,所得产品分子量(M-n)6000~10000,分子量分布范围(PDI)<4,庚烷容纳度在5~20mL/2g,软化点>110℃,可溶于矿物油、植物油、芳香烃、丁酮和乙酸乙酯等溶剂中,是轮转油墨用的一种新型高分子聚合物。
Flaxseed oil with pentaerythritol alcohol and rosin modified octyl phenolic resin synthesized alkyd modified octyl phenolic resin. The modified products were characterized by GPC, FT-IR and their softening point, heptane content and solvent solubility were studied. The results showed that the molecular weight (Mn) ranged from 6000 to 10000, the molecular weight distribution (PDI) <4, the heptane content 5-20mL / 2g, the softening point> 110 ℃, soluble in mineral oil, vegetable oil, aromatics, butanone and ethyl acetate solvents, is a new type of high molecular weight polymer for rotary printing ink.
