脂肪再生技术并不是以增加脂肪组织容积为目的,而是通过提取脂肪组织中具有再生修复能力的细胞、基质等成分进行创面和瘢痕的修复、面部年轻化等治疗的技术.笔者检索PubMed中1999-2019年的文献,关键词为“fat grafting”“mesenchymal stem cell transplantation““adipose tissue/cytology/transplantation”“adipose tissue/transplantation”“cell and tissue based therapy”“adipocytes/cytology”与脂肪再生技术相关的研究文献,对脂肪再生技术在整形美容外科中的研究进展作一综述.
