目的研究缺血冷停跳、常温不停跳和室颤状态对于心肌保护的影响。方法24只SD大鼠建立改良式Langendorff离体鼠心灌注模型后,随机分为3组:冷停跳组、常温不停跳组、室颤组。分别给予3种不同处理:冷灌停跳、常温正常灌注下不停跳和电刺激诱发室颤。记录干预前,恢复后5、10、20、30、60min测定心功能指标(LVEDP、LVESP、LVDP、±dP/dt)、CK-MB含量、全程心电活动以及左室心内膜下心肌组织送电镜检查。结果常温不停跳组和室颤组的心肌舒张收缩功能、心肌酶CK-MB等指标明显优于冷停跳组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),心肌的电镜超微结构也有相应的差别。结论相对于冷停跳组,常温不停跳组和室颤组对心肌有更好的保护作用。
Objective To study the effects of cold beating and stopping, constant beating at room temperature and ventricular fibrillation on myocardial protection. Methods Twenty-four Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: cold stop group, non-stop group at room temperature and ventricular fibrillation group. Three different treatments were given: cold-stop, normal-beating at room temperature, and ventricular fibrillation induced by electrical stimulation. Cardiac function parameters (LVEDP, LVESP, LVDP, ± dP / dt), CK-MB content, whole-heart electrocardiogram activity and left ventricular subendocardial myocardial tissue were measured at 5,10,20,30,60min after intervention. Results Myocardial diastolic and systolic function, CK-MB and other indexes of myocardium at room temperature and non-stop ventricular fibrillation group were significantly better than those of cold-stop group (P <0.01), and ultrastructure of myocardium was also corresponding The difference. Conclusion Compared with the cold-stop group, the non-stop-beating group and the ventricular fibrillation group have a better protective effect on the myocardium.
