有效课堂是每一位教师应追求的目标。那什么是“有效课堂”呢?可以从以下两个视角评判:是否有效果、有效率和有效益;能否促进教师发展和学生的终身发展。无论从哪个角度出发,对有效课堂的评价都涉及对学生的学习方式、学习过程及学习结果的评价。在现在的课改大势下,洋思的“先学后教,当堂训练”的自主学习模式,杜郎口的“10+35”的合作学习模式等,都是很好的范例。在教育教学上想面面俱到则会使课堂失去重心,而且会加重师生的负担。
