我们上海市公安局浦东分局刑侦支队第七责任区刑侦队座落于浦东新区中部,责任覆盖塘桥、北蔡、六里、花木四个警察署、派出所管辖范围,东临张江高科技园区,西靠黄浦江,南接康桥工业区,北连陆家嘴金融贸易区,总面积达47平方公里。责任区内有常住人口25.1万余人,外来暂住人口9.9万人,地区治安形势比较复杂,年均发案总量2000起左右,约占浦东全区发案总数的13％,刑侦任务十分繁重。浦东分局继1998年实行侦审合一后,于2000年1月1日开始建立由刑侦支队“垂直”领导、符合浦东特点和实际需要的责任区刑侦队。作为全区刑侦改革的“领头羊”,我们第七责任区刑侦队坚持高标准、高起点的规范化建设,在确保硬件到位的同时,以建立
