我队多年一直从事有色金属探矿,去年转入浦县煤田勘探(属河东煤田东河井田)。开始,采芯和效率问题非常突出。如3号机施工的ZK301孔,平均时效仅达0.61米/时。针对效率问题,我队与西安煤科院勘探所取得联系,试用了该所研制的新型切削具—“排状合金”。先后在3个钻孔,使用了23个钻头,累计进尺410余米。通过试用,该合金初步显示出了优越性能,得到有关领导重视,倍受钻机工人欢迎。
My team has been engaged in non-ferrous metal prospecting for many years, last year into the Pu County coal exploration (Hedong Coal Field Donghe minefield). At the outset, the issue of core harvesting and efficiency is outstanding. Such as the No. 3 machine construction ZK301 hole, the average aging of only 0.61 meters / hour. In view of the efficiency problem, our team got in touch with the exploration of Xi’an Coal Research Institute and experimented with the new type of cutting tool developed by the institute - “row-shaped alloy”. Has drilled in three, using 23 drill, total footage into 410 meters. Through trial, the alloy initially showed superior performance, received the leadership attention, much welcomed by the rig workers.
