为了降低炼钢全流程钢铁料消耗,结合西昌钢钒炼钢厂装备及工艺条件,在提钒工序提出低硅质量分数铁水采用石英砂调渣、优化供氧制度等工艺改进措施以降低钒渣TFe的质量分数;在脱硫工序提出优化脱硫剂w(CaO)/w(Mg)质量分数比以减少脱硫渣量及喷溅;在转炉炼钢工序提出优化转炉终点温度和终点碳质量分数以降低转炉渣TFe质量分数。通过工艺改进措施的实施,钒渣TFe质量分数由28.59%下降到26.72%,脱硫铁损的质量分数由2.94%下降到2.63%,转炉渣TFe的质量分数由20.09%下降到19.00%。炼钢全流程钢铁料消耗由2015年12月的1 112.73降低到2016年4月的1 107.55kg/t,达到国内同类型企业中的先进水平,取得了巨大的经济效益。
In order to reduce the consumption of steel material in the whole process of steel making and steelmaking, combined with the equipment and process conditions of Xichang Steel and Vanadium Steelmaking Plant, the paper proposed the improvement measures of quartz slag adjusting slag and oxygen supply system to reduce the content of vanadium slag TFe in the desulphurization process; Proportion of w (CaO) / w (Mg) in the desulphurization process was optimized to reduce the amount of desulphurization slag and splashing; In the converter steelmaking process, the optimization of the end point temperature and the end point carbon mass fraction Converter slag TFe mass fraction. Through the implementation of process improvement measures, the mass fraction of vanadium slag TFe decreased from 28.59% to 26.72%, the mass fraction of desulfurization iron loss decreased from 2.94% to 2.63%, and the mass fraction of converter slag TFe decreased from 20.09% to 19.00%. The consumption of steel material in the whole process of steel making decreased from 1 112.73 in December 2015 to 1 107.55kg / t in April 2016, reaching the advanced level in the same kind of enterprises in China and achieving tremendous economic benefits.
