本文采用二、三级反应数学模型、官能团分析和红外等方法研究了1,6-己二胺、二胺基二苯基醚和二胺基二苯基砜分别与双酚A环氧树酯(EP616)反应时,一、二级胺基的活性差别.结果表明:一、二级胺基的活性差别大小主要取决于反应体系的粘度.在凝胶点之前体系粘度变化不大,无论脂肪胺还是芳香胺,它们的一、二级胺基的反应活性差别均不大,只有过了凝胶点之后随着体系粘度的急剧上升两种胺基的活性差别才会逐渐增大.
In this paper, the second and third order reaction mathematical model, functional group analysis and infrared methods such as 1,6-hexamethylenediamine, diaminodiphenyl ether and diamino diphenyl sulfone respectively with bisphenol A epoxy resin (EP616) reaction, the primary and secondary amino activity differences.
