随着近年来煤炭企业的整合、重组,经过重组整合后的国有大型煤炭企业集团面临财务管理的困局。传统的财务管理模式已经难以适应新形势下对财务管理新的要求。基于此,笔者结合煤炭企业实际,提出加强企业财务管理信息系统的实施改善是解决许多管理问题的途径。
