对孔型中轧制的力能计算 ,目前无论是理论模型还是经验、半经验模型 ,计算结果均偏差较大。笔者在研究传统与现代的各种计算模型与方法的基础上 ,开发出热轧棒、线材时的力能计算软件。该软件对轧制压力的计算首次提出并采用了考虑奥氏体再结晶变化的修正函数 ,使预报精度大大提高 ;对轧制力矩的计算首次考虑了变形区几何参数对力臂系数的影响 ,从而使力矩的计算更为贴近实际。经唐钢棒材厂、大亚湾棒材厂的大量测试与试用 ,轧机负荷的最大偏差为 10 %左右 ,电机负荷的最大偏差为 15 %左右 ,从而达到了较高的精度水平。概要介绍了该软件的开发、应用与效果。

After a large number of tests and trials of Tanggang Steel Bar Factory and Dayawan Steel Bar Factory, the maximum deviation of the mill load is about 10% and the maximum deviation of the motor load is about 15%, thus achieving a higher level of accuracy. This paper introduces the software development, application and effect.
