目的 探讨利用偶极子三维颅内癫痫病灶定位系统对难治性癫痫患者致痫灶定位 ,进行外科手术治疗的效果。方法 对 1999年 8月至 2 0 0 1年 6月在我院实施的 2 5 9例难治性癫痫患者运用偶极子三维颅内癫痫病灶定位系统对难治性癫痫患者致痫灶进行术前精确定位 ,指导采用相应多种方式手术治疗 ,并探讨其疗效及随访结果。结果 随访 6~ 2 2月者 180例 ,疗效满意 112例 ,显著改善 (发作减少 75 %以上 ) 36例 ,良好 (发作减少 5 0 %以上 ) 2 2例 ,疗效差 10例。总有效率为 94 % ,显效率 82 % ,未发现任何远期功能损害。结论 偶极子三维颅内癫痫病灶定位系统是目前用于明确癫痫病灶定位较为先进的方法 ,准确指导手术 ,可明显提高手术效果 ,并减少并发症的产生
Objective To explore the use of dipolar three-dimensional intracranial epilepsy locating system in patients with intractable epilepsy epilepsy location, the effect of surgical treatment. Methods 259 patients with refractory epilepsy who were performed in our hospital from August 1999 to June 2001 were treated with dipolar three-dimensional intracranial epilepsy localization system for epileptic foci of patients with refractory epilepsy Accurate positioning before, guided the use of a variety of ways of surgical treatment, and explore the efficacy and follow-up results. Results A total of 180 cases were followed up from February to February. The results were satisfactory in 112 cases. There were 36 cases with significant improvement (more than 75% reduction in onset) and 22 cases with good (50% reduction in attack). The curative effect was poor in 10 cases. The total effective rate was 94%, markedly efficient 82%, did not find any long-term functional impairment. Conclusions The dipole three-dimensional intracranial epilepsy localization system is the most advanced method for determining the location of epilepsy lesions. Accurately guiding the operation can significantly improve the surgical results and reduce the complications
