在pH8~9的NH_3·H_2O-NH_4Cl缓冲溶液中,有氯化十六烷基吡啶(CPC)存在下,新显色剂1,4-双肼酞嗪(DHPH)与镍形成稳定的1:1蓝绿色水溶性络合物.其最大吸收波长λ_max=690nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=2.15X10 ~4镍量在0~ 56μg/25mL范围内服从比尔定律,本方法操作简便快速,结果稳定,选择性好,已用于铝合金中痕量镍的测定,结果满意.
In pH8 ~ 9 NH_3 · H_2O-NH_4Cl buffer solution, in the presence of cetyl pyridinium chloride (CPC), the new color reagent 1,4-bishydralazine (DHPH) and nickel form a stable 1: 1 blue-green water-soluble complex. The maximum absorption wavelength λ_max = 690nm, the apparent molar absorptivity ε = 2.15X10 ~ 4 Nickel content in the range of 0 ~ 56μg / 25mL obeys Beer’s law, the method is simple, fast, stable, good selectivity, has been used in Determination of trace nickel in aluminum alloy with satisfactory results.
