在国有企业的内部中,政工干部队伍是进行思想工作开展的重要主体,在国企的长期稳定、健康的发展的过程中扮演着极其重要的角色。随着改革开放的深入,我国的市场经济也得到了较快速度的发展,使得国有企业的发展也有了一定的加深,但也随着国企的深入改革,使得内部利益出现了多样化的分配机制,造成企业内部的各种矛盾日益凸显,严重的阻碍了企业思想政治工作的开展进度,同时也对国企的政工干部队伍的建设提出了更高的要求。在本文中,通过对国企政工干部队伍建设的重要性以及国企政工干部队伍在建设中出现的问题进行了探讨及分析,同时也提出了具有针对性的加强与改进国企政工干部队伍建设的措施,提高国企工作的开展进程,加快鼓国企的发展。

In this paper, we discussed and analyzed the importance of the construction of the contingent of state officials, government officials and cadres as well as the problems that arise in the construction of the contingent of state officials, government officials and cadres. We also put forward some measures to strengthen and improve the building of the contingent of state officials, Improve the progress of state-owned enterprises and speed up the development of state-owned enterprises.
