屋顶绿化现已成为一项最为时尚的基础设施——过滤空气和水、降低周围环境温度、减少能源需求。文中首先分析了屋顶花园的生态效益,介绍了屋顶花园植物材料的选择要点和植物景观的营造要点;其次采用实验模型的方法,测量出干燥土壤和含有大量水分的湿润土壤在有光热源环境下不同土壤层温度的分布和变化曲线。实验结果表明:干燥土壤的蓄热能力强、隔热性能好,而湿润土壤传热系数高、表面对流换热能力强;在不同的室外温度和季节下,屋顶绿化时,夏季宜用湿润土壤,冬季宜用干燥密实土壤,这样能减少屋顶下房间的冷热负荷,有利于空调房间的节能。
