随着“项目法”的深入推广,项目部“分散采购”管理模式逐渐被越来越多的建筑企业所采用。针对项目部分散采购管理,本文认为应该按照不同材料分类采取不同的采购方式,同时要及时调整企业组织结构为分散采购提供组织保障。在具体采购方式中要重点做好招标管理和建立供应链采购管理两个方面,对招标管理中应注意的问题和容易忽略的环节进行了详细说明,并指出为适应建筑企业激烈的市场竞争,各建筑企业应加快建立自己的供应链,使供应链管理模式逐步代替传统的管理模式。
