报道了氯化铵对绿色杜氏藻增殖的影响情况。绿色杜氏藻的一次性培养试验结果 显示,氯化铵的浓度对绿色杜氏藻的增殖具有显著的影响。最适宜绿色杜氏藻增殖的浓度是 0.20~1.00 mmol/L,浓度值过高和过低均不利于绿色杜氏藻增殖,浓度过高时增殖缓慢,并且 稳定期短,易崩溃。在最适宜浓度水平时,绿色杜氏藻进入指数生长期较快,增殖速率值较大; 在1.00 mmol/L浓度时,绿色杜氏藻在稳定期获得最大的微藻密度值。
The effects of ammonium chloride on the growth of Dunaliella dulcis were reported. One-time culturing of green Dunaliella showed that the concentration of ammonium chloride had a significant effect on the growth of Dunaliella. The most suitable concentration of green Dunaliella proliferation is 0.20 ~ 1.00 mmol / L, the concentration is too high and too low are not conducive to the proliferation of Dunaliella Greenisia, proliferation is slow when the concentration is too high, and the short stabilization period, easy to collapse. At the optimum concentration level, Dunaliella putrescentium entered the exponential growth phase with a relatively high rate of proliferation. At the concentration of 1.00 mmol / L, Dunaliella salina had the highest density of microalgae at the stable stage.
